不同精粗比率日粮对山羊瓣胃上皮细胞增殖的影响

摘要:文章旨在研究不同精粗比率日粮对山羊瓣胃上皮细胞增殖的影响。体内试验选用健康青年波杂山羊24只,分为3组,分别饲喂纯粗料(PS组,n=8)、粗料加低精料(PSLC组,n=8)和粗料加高精料组(PSHC组,n=8)。饲喂42 d后,发现瓣胃重量随着粗料比率的升高而增加,同时伴随着血清表皮生长因子(EGF)浓度的升高;体外试验用EGF处理原代培养的瓣胃上皮细胞,通过流式细胞术分析,发现其可提高S期和G2/M期细胞比率,促进细胞增殖。结果表明,增加日粮精粗比率可以降低血清EGF浓度,加速瓣胃上皮细胞增殖,促进瓣胃上皮细胞生长。

Effects of Different Concentrate to Forage Ratio Diets on
the Proliferation of Omasum Epithelial Cells in Goats

Abstract: This paper aimed to study the effects of different concentrate to forage ratio diets on the proliferation of goat omasum epithelial cells. In vivo, 24 healthy young goats were divided into two groups. They were fed pure  coarse material (group PS, n=8), coarse material plus low concentration concentrate material (group PSLC, n=8) and coarse material plus high concentration concentrate material (PSHC group, n=8). After feeding 42 d, found that the
weight of omasum increased with increasing ratio of coarse material, accompanied by elevated serum EGF concentra⁃tion. In vitro experiment, treatment ofprimary cultured omasum epithelial cells with EGF were analyzed by flow cy⁃tometry, which found that it could improve the S phase and the ratio of G2/M phase cells, promote cell proliferation.The results showed that the increase of dietary concentrate ratio could increase the serum concentration of EGF, ac⁃
celerate the proliferation of omasum epithelial cells, promote the growth of omasum epithelial cells.
